November 28, 2009 - Kathy Harn-Vallee of RE/MAX Excalibur-Tucson recently completed the Luxury Home course, The RE/MAX Collection: High End Techniques for the High End Market at the 2009 RE/MAX International Convention in Las Vegas, NV.
The RE/MAX Collection, formally RE/MAX Renowned Properties, is a program specifically designed to distinguish luxury properties from other RE/MAX listings - and from the competition. To be considered a RE/MAX Collection Property, a home must be priced at three times the average listing price in a given community. In the Tucson luxury home market the top 10 percent falls into the $500,000 plus markt range.
